                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   GENERAL SLOPE EASEMENT FROM FRED V. WOOD,
                   JR., RELATIVE TO THE PINEWOOD DRIVE PROJECT,
                   TRACT NO. 29, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF
                   FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a general slope easement from Fred V. Wood, Jr.,
       relative to the Pinewood Drive Project, Tract No. 29, for a total 

       consideration of $500.00.
